We are a registered Secondhand Bookstore and you may buy books which you are welcome to keep or receive an exchange credit on their return to purchase another book.We stock a vast selection of good quality books catering for all ages in a relaxed environment. The shop is not floor to ceiling books by choice.Depending on stock levels Sharon may purchase some of your books providing credit in store (does not buy for cash). Please only bring in one shopping bag size of your good quality books for possible credit.  We will always offer exchange credit on Book Shack books purchased provided our barcode is still on our book.

These awesome messenger / book bags are made out of coffee & animal feed sacks.  Each messenger bag is individual with double recycled material lining & zip pocket - unique Queensland made bags - recycling at it’s best.. Limited on offer and they sell out super quick !

XS Project - recycled waste products supporting Trashpickers of Indonesia into artistic functional items. Pencil cases, chillout lunch packs, cosmetic bags,  shopping bags. Plus awesome items made from billboard signs, such as shoppers, messenger bags & esky’s..

Doctor Gus notebooks & sketchbooks  made out of VHS & Album covers - unique & funky…Plus big sellers are old vinyl record centres – make great coasters…bit of retro recycling, all the way from the USA.
