Rootz Creationz has been designing and producing distinctive African gifts for over 12 years. Carey Moran, inspiration behind Rootz wanted to make a tangible difference to less empowered women. She found that craftwork was a way for people to earn a dignified living and have a chance to express their natural creativity and spirit. Rootz Creationz in KwaZulu South Africa has grown since it's beginnings whereby 20 women and 5 men derive their income from producing beautiful gifts. Most designs are done in-house.
